The Diploma in Law would provide a student with the essential skills and competencies needed to excel in a legal career. This programme would set the foundations of core areas in law for a student intending to pursue further qualifications in legal studies. The programme is designed to promote a student’s understanding in the core areas of law which are usually the prerequisites towards more advanced law subjects.
This programme is equivalent to Year 1 of a degree programme and is specifically equivalent to Level 4 of UK degree qualifications.

Upon successful completion of the BAC Diploma in Law and satisfying the University's Standard English Language Entry Requirements , students will be eligible to proceed to Year 2 and Year 3 of the Bachelor of Laws (LLB) where students will have the option to take modules which would result in an award of a degree recognised as Qualifying Law Degree (QLD) by the Solicitors Regulatory Authority in the UK.
