CPE Registration & Accreditation by Singapore EduTrust
The College is registered as a Private Education Institute (PEI) under the Private Educatinon Act (Chapter 247A) in Singapore with a registration period valid from 30 April 2020 to 29 April 2024 (Registration number 199302723G).
BAC is also awarded the prestigious 4-year EduTrust by the Singapore Committee for Private Education (CPE). This is a is a quality assurance scheme and accreditation that is only awarded to private education providers that meet stringent quality requirements and policies that are bench-marked to industry best practices. BAC College (Singapore) is the pioneer of the UOL LLB programme in a collaborative joint-venture in Hong Kong with the School of Professional Education and Executive Development (SPEED) from 2003 to 2020. SPEED is part of Hong Kong Polytechnic University – currently the largest university in HK. The collaboration has allowed many of our graduates to go on to qualify to practice and gain admission into the HK Bar. This long term partnership with the Hong Kong university is a testament of our credibility and reputation as a private education provider.
